Returns and refunds
You have 14 days from the date you received original artwork to let us know that you wish to return the artwork. Please keep in mind that each original artwork is unique and shipping it back and forth can be potentially damaging to the materials it was made from. Unless the artwork is damaged in transit, please provide a valid reason for return. We can offer the following option:
1：A refund to your original payment method less 18% processing fees (calculated on the total purchase amount).
2:You are responsible for return postage and for making sure that the item is returned in the same condition as it was received, along with all accompanying paperwork, including customs declarations, authenticity certificate, and the like.
If the original artwork is damaged in transit, you can return it for a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving it, subject to provision of images or video as proof of damages. Return shipments must be arranged through Puyuan International Trading Co.,Ltd. ,shipped in the original packaging, and accompanied with all certificates and paperwork that came with the order.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your artwork for another piece from the existing collection, please contact us within 14 days from the date of receipt of your original purchased artwork. If you wish to make an exchange, please provide valid reasoning.
Currency
If your purchase currency is other than dollar refunds are subject to the exchange rate at the time of processing. Funds will be remitted in dollar.

Commissioned artwork, frames are final sale and can not be refunded.
No returns for artwork that has been altered in any manner, cropped or stretched.
No returns after the 14-day period.
